Send your questionOur name, MILLU, was inspired by the French-American word, milieu.
milieu: the physical or social setting in which something occurs or develops; ENVIRONMENT.
We're designing mini milieus fo the next generation to flourish through our kits.
Our kits are recommended for kids ages 6-11 (what is often called "middle childhood". The beauty of our kit is that the safe adult chooses the depth of the material! You can tailor the follow up questions and how long to spend on each exchange because you know your child best.
There are two ways to play the Uniqueverse Kit:
MILLU Marathon -- Play all at once (1.5-2 hours, depending on the size of your party).
MILLU Nuggets -- Break up the Exchanges over multiple sessions. There are total 8 Exchanges and many choose to do one per day for 15-30 minutes each. Make sure to use the included Checkpoint Stickers to mark where you left off in the booklet!
There are three strategic factors in our kit curriculum that ensure it helps families flourish:
1/ We believe in three pillars that equip a person for a flourishing life: Knowing Your Identity, Thriving in Community, Being Equipped to Shape Culture. Each of our kits follow this framework to get kids ready to be the leaders of tomorrow.
2/ We have an expert board of play therapists, behavioral analysts, and neuroscientists that vet our material to ensure the content is truly building the right neural pathways in your minds for your family.
3/ We listen to real life stories, then ask real people for feedback before releasing to the public. We start each kit idea by asking the Golden Question: What do you know now that you wish you knew when you were younger? We take their stories and craft meaningful times of play in our kits, then get those kits in front of real families to give us feedback. We're so grateful for the community we get to cocreate with!

Orders & Returns
We value you and know you're a busy individual! We're here to help.
Contact UsFor economy shipping, your order will be sent out 3-5 business days after ordering. It will take 2-5 business days to arrive to you. Please expect some holiday delays due to it being a busy time of the year. We also have express shipping available, go to checkout to see your customized shipping solutions.
Unfortunately, we're only able to ship to the United States at this time. Look out for next year when we'll be able to ship out internationally!
To avoid delays in shipping your order, we process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, we can only guarantee cancellations 15 minutes from when the order was placed.
To request a cancellation, please email us at hello@millubox.com as soon as possible and include the following:
In the subject line, put "Cancellation" and include your order number in the email.
Unfortunately, if your cancellation request comes in after our 15 minute grace period, we will not be able to cancel the order since our team has already processed it.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We want to make things right! Take a picture of the defects and email us hello@millubox.com with the subject line "Damaged Items in Order" along with your order number.
It's our highest priority to ensure you get all the items correctly and to your delight! We would hate for you to miss a thing.
All sales are final once the payment has been sent, with a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges because we send the information directly to our team to begin fulfilling.
We allow exchanges on T-shirt sizes
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at hello@millubox.com. If your exchange item is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return questions at Hello@millubox.com.
